The Toscana Grill Sausage is a product specifically developed for barbecues and grills, differing from traditional toscana mainly in texture and behavior under high temperatures.

Preparation Instructions:

On the Grill - 

This method guarantees that characteristic smoky flavor and a crispy skin.

The secret to cooking. Place the whole sausages on the highest part of the grill or in an indirect heat zone for about 15 to 20 minutes. This will cook the inside and melt the cheese slowly, without breaking the skin.

Searing (Browning). Move the sausages to the hottest part of the grill (direct heat) for 3 to 5 minutes per side, just to brown the skin and make it crispy.

⚠️ Golden tip: Never pierce the sausage. If you do, all the juiciness will drain out, causing flare-ups and leaving the meat dry.

In the Air Fryer

Arrange the sausages in the basket, leaving a small space between them for hot air to circulate. Do not overlap.

Set the Air Fryer to 20 minutes at 350°F. Halfway through the time (at 10 minutes), open the basket and flip the sausages with tongs so they brown evenly.
